EYE-Q Vision Care and its employees have dedicated the month of October to honoring and supporting breast cancer awareness. During the month, EYE-Q employees will be donating money to help support the remarkable work of our local Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center at Clovis Community Medical Center. This month, to kick off the #EYEseePink campaign, Curtis Bustamante (EYE-Q’s HR director) did an interview with Stefanie Bainum on Central Valley Today! They discussed the importance of this cause and why it means so much to EYE-Q, while showing off the snazzy pink sunglasses that play an important role in the campaign.
It’s important to EYE-Q that the funding they offer is directly related to the community they serve every day. EYE-Q wants to support breast cancer awareness in a very local way. The Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center is directly adjacent to EYE-Q’s Clovis location, so they are neighbors.
The community can get involved, too! All throughout the month of October, you can stop by the EYE-Q location in Fresno to pick up a pair of the pink sunglasses. Then you can take a picture with the shades, upload it on social media and use the hashtag #EYEseePink to help raise awareness for breast cancer and be entered to win prizes. This social media contest will continue until the end of October! Just make sure your profile is public or tag EYE-Q in whatever platform you’re using.
You can also go to eyeseepink.com to give a personal gift directly to benefit the Marjorie E. Radin Breast Care Center at the Clovis Community Medical Center. Simply click the “Donate Now” button on the page. Thank you for your support of EYE-Q and breast cancer awareness!
